First course
1. Involtini Di Melanzane
- Oven baked stuffed eggplant rollatini with ricotta cheese and tomato sauce
topped with pecorino & basil
2. Grilled Romaine Lettuce
- Shaved parmigiano, croutons, cesar dressing
3. Raviolini Fritti
- Four mini cheese ravioli light fried - served with marinara sauce
4. Nonna’s homemade meatballs
- Baked in the tomato basil sauce with garlic knots

Second Course
1. Salmone Alla Mostarda
- Pan seared salmon filet served in a homemade honey mustard sauce with a side
of vegetables
2. Angelino Al Pistachio
- Charcoal grilled, pistachio crusted New Zealand baby lamb chop served in a
demi-glace sauce with a side of vegetables.
3. Ravioli Di Zucca
- Homemade ravioli stuffed with butternut squash served in a delight butter sage
sauce.
4. Risottino Allo Zafferano
- Saffron risotto served with baby shrimp

Third Course
1. Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake
- Heart shaped cheese cake covered in chocolate ganache
2. Bomboloni Alla Creama
- Warm Italian doughnut filled with creme
